Under the UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Performance of a contract — to generate and deliver the Opportunity Blueprint you purchase.
• Consent — where you optionally upload professional background documents, and for any non-essential analytics cookies.
• Legitimate interests — to improve our product, secure our service and provide customer support, balanced against your rights.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the site (for example, to remember your progress through the assessment and your session during checkout).

If analytics are enabled, we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate, anonymized usage so we can improve the product. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.

Uploading a professional document is entirely optional. If you choose to upload one:

• Files are stored securely and linked only to your corresponding report.
• Files are not used for model training.
• Files are not shared with third parties.
• Source documents are automatically deleted after 30 days. Insights extracted from them may remain attached to your report.
• You may request deletion of an uploaded document at any time.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect user information. Uploaded documents are stored in a private, access-controlled location.

Personal information is not sold. Uploaded documents are not shared with third parties. Data is shared only with service providers (such as our hosting, AI and payment providers) strictly to deliver the service.

Reports and responses may be retained for product and support purposes. Uploaded professional background source documents are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

• access to your personal information
• correction of inaccurate information
• deletion of your information
• restriction of, or objection to, processing
• portability of the data you provided

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
