Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of MINE Discover reports, refunds are not available once a report has been generated and delivered.

Each report is custom-created based on information provided by the user and cannot be returned, reused, or resold.

If a technical issue prevents report delivery, MINE Discover will make reasonable efforts to regenerate the report or provide access to the completed report. To request help, contact hello.buildmine@gmail.com with your order details.

Refund requests based on disagreement with report contents, recommendations, opportunities, interpretations, or conclusions are not eligible for refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws.
